Commercial Account Handler Opportunity

Role Overview:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, primarily in the medical sector, to ensure optimal policy terms and premiums.
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments to maintain client satisfaction and insurer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and insurance companies, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal policy terms and premiums, driving business growth and revenue.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Commercial Account Handler, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the medical/healthcare insurance sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's complexities.
  • Cert CII or willingness to work towards professional qualifications, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
