Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. The primary role will be to assist in managing the backlog of orders and ensure timely and efficient service delivery to our clients.

This is a temporary position aimed at providing administrative and customer support to the team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing and tracking orders, and maintaining detailed information on the database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, providing information on wheelchair services and addressing any concerns.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Record and maintain detailed information on the database.
  • Liaise with suppliers, repairers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the supply, repair, modification, and collection of equipment.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including tracking referrals, arranging home visits, and managing invoices.
  • Provide patients with information regarding Personal Wheelchair Budgets and assist them in accessing these funds.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the NHS or a health care setting.
  • Knowledge of disability awareness.
