Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projects

  • Coordinate cross-project activities and identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and control programme deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Work with project teams to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods
  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager position
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation processes and change management principles
  • Experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisation
