At Quant Capital, we are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Trade Desk Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our trading operations, you will be responsible for research, rapid development, and execution of trade orders, as well as automation of processes and personal projects.

Requirements

We are looking for a junior or graduate with sub 2 years of experience and a strong background in applied mathematics or engineering. Excellent Excel skills and an interest in coding (VBA, Ruby, Go, Lua, Scala, Python, or C++) are essential. If you are a problem-solver with a passion for quantitative trading, we encourage you to apply.
