About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at City & Capital, a leading investment house and commercial property finance lender. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in assisting our client in making key commercial and lending decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the modelling of financial data related to investments and lending
  • Develop and maintain financial models to determine the viability and performance of property finance products
  • Generate reports and MI to support key stakeholders in driving business decisions
  • Collaborate with the financial analysis team to identify and address key business challenges
Requirements
  • Strong financial data modelling skills, preferably with experience in property lending or investments
  • Ability to build complex cashflow models and generate reports from financial data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
