We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team in West Hampstead. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering applicants, arranging viewings, and providing detailed feedback to landlords. You will also be expected to qualify offers and build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally register applicants and answer online enquiries
  • Arrange and attend viewings for prospective tenants
  • Provide detailed viewing feedback to landlords
  • Qualify offers to secure the best deal for all parties
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
  • Complete paperwork to ensure a smooth lettings process

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in central London lettings
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and IT skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary: £20,000 - £23,000
  • OTE: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Car allowance

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.45am - 7pm
  • Every other Saturday: 10am - 4pm (excluding May-Sept)
