Warehouse Management Specialist

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 8AM-6PM
Compensation: £11.79PH
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt and processing of customer orders, ensuring accurate updates to stock levels within the warehouse management system while serving as the initial contact for customer inquiries.
- Facilitate the processing of Warehouse and movement Orders in alignment with established protocols and agreements.
- Maintain and ensure the precision of the Warehouse Management System.
- Coordinate the booking of all incoming freight, both manually and through EDI.
- Address stock inquiries and resolve any discrepancies related to inventory.
- Provide customers with estimated delivery times.
- Conduct filing and perform general administrative tasks.
Essential Skills:
- Prior experience in administration within a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Experience in managing incoming deliveries, drivers, and customer interactions.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
