We are currently seeking a Service Support Associate to join our essential team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages to customers
  • Manage cash transactions and operate tills
  • Clear and set tables
  • Maintain cleanliness in front-of-house areas
  • Perform general cleaning duties in dining and kitchen spaces
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks
  • Provide waitressing services

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, though training will be provided.
  • A strong team player who is adaptable to varying shift patterns, particularly on weekends
  • A DBS check will be required.
