Fortem Cares is currently recruiting for a skilled Plumber Multi Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly successful and expanding business that values its employees and provides a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance to Social Housing properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with minimal supervision. They will take ownership of work, aiming for a 'First Time Fix' on all jobs, while remaining within budget and time parameters.
Requirements
- NVQ/qualifications in relation to relevant trade (Plumbing) as per Fortem Cares' minimum qualifications
- Full, clean driving licence
Desirable Criteria
- Social housing experience
