Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced In-House Legal Advisor to join our client's legal team. The successful candidate will have excellent exposure to a range of commercial contracts and will be responsible for drafting bespoke agreements. The role requires a strong understanding of industry regulations and the ability to provide accurate advice to the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to general in-house legal queries, mainly around commercial contracts
- Draft bespoke agreements
- Keep up to date with industry regulations to remain compliant
- Provide accurate advice to the group
- Gain exposure to international work and provide legal support on corporate matters
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have commercial contracts experience, either from private practice or in-house, with a good attitude towards learning and developing their legal knowledge. They will also need to have excellent relationship building skills as they will be engaging with the business, external customers, and industry bodies.
