We are seeking a skilled Lead Front End Engineer to join our dynamic team at i3 Resourcing. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong partnerships with Business Systems Analysts to comprehend technical specifications and their implications for application functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to devise system architectures that fulfill business needs.
  • Create robust source code using test-driven development methodologies to implement application features.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure all code modifications undergo unit testing prior to submission for Code Review/QA Testing.
  • Follow the development team's coding standards, protocols, and best practices.
  • Produce technical documentation that accurately reflects the application architecture.
  • Assess current application architecture to pinpoint components that may need re-coding or updates to minimize technical debt.
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate development tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of professional experience with Angular 2+, including Angular Routing and Modules.
  • At least 7 years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • 7+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, and either Saas or SCSS.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with State Management libraries such as NgRx.
  • 2+ years of experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests.
  • Proficient in using version control systems such as GIT.
  • Familiarity with C#, SQL Server, and a basic understanding of Blazor is advantageous.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior Front End developers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and adaptability to both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
