Main Responsibilities:
  • Safe Delivery and Installation: Safely deliver and install a range of electrical products, including White Goods, Televisions, and Cookers, in our customers' properties.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, keep them informed, and ensure their delivery and installation is carried out to the highest standard following best practice guidance.
  • Load Management: Maintain regular contact with your site throughout the day to meet any changes to a customer delivery request, discussing and escalating unplanned issues, seeking guidance and adapting as necessary.
  • Product Handling: Handle all products safely and with care, supporting your colleagues to do the same.
  • Transport Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all transport legislation and law.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, both on the phone and face-to-face in our customers' home.
  • Flexibility: To work flexibly, alone or collaboratively with colleagues, to ensure we win together.
  • Equipment Handling: To utilise equipment and correctly handle products to ensure best practice for a safe delivery.
  • Driving Experience: Previous experience driving a 7.5t vehicle or meet criteria to train toward license.
