We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Taunton branch. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and growing a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent.
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match them to available roles, and identify potential future talent pipeline.
  • Implement and execute basic sales plans to increase productivity and sales activity.
  • Continually increase sales revenue, margins, and profit while ensuring exceptional client service levels.
