Pilgrims Europe Careers is seeking a highly skilled SHE Manager to join our Management Team at King's Lynn. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Site in Health, Safety, and Environmental performance. Key responsibilities include delivering and tracking strategic initiatives and improvement programs, ensuring day-to-day work is complete, and aligning and prioritizing goals from group to site level. The SHE Manager will also focus on customer CSR requirements, including cost savings and new initiatives, and lead the change towards an intervention culture. Key accountabilities include advising and guiding management on environment, health, and safety matters, communicating and monitoring the delivery of the corporate strategy, and ensuring understanding and implementation of management systems in line with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/HSG 65. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with regulatory bodies, such as the Health and Safety Executive and Environmental Agency.
