Role Overview

As a Luxe Multibrand Deputy Team Manager, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for L'Oréal Luxe at Boots Brighton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop your team to provide personalized customer experiences, building trust and loyalty through face-to-face interactions and product recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cosmetics and skincare trends, applications, and product knowledge to deliver cross-category selling and share key benefits and features with customers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion for L'Oréal Luxe brands and delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Develop and coach your team to deliver best practices in hosting new and existing customers, taking them on a personalized journey through the store.
  • Deliver individual consultations, demonstrating empathy and sharing tailored recommendations to meet customer needs.
