About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide companionship and care to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and care to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with their personal care needs, including toileting and mobility
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our office team
Requirements
  • A positive and compassionate approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Living in or around the Taunton and Wellington area
