We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our Leaving Care team as a Practice Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers, providing support and supervision as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines.
  • Case Management: Oversee case management, ensuring that all cases are progressed appropriately and that service targets are met.
  • Performance Indicators: Develop and monitor performance indicators to ensure that service targets are met.
