Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 HGV/LGV C+E Driver to join our team at Proman Recruitment. As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will be responsible for making bulk collections and deliveries between various sites and customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and delivering goods between various sites and customers nationwide
  • Operating a Class 1 HGV/LGV C+E vehicle
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Managing trailer swaps and live unloading and reloading of trailers as required
Working Hours:

Shifts will commence between 12:00 and 20:00, with an average length of 10 hours. Flexibility is required.

Pay Rates:

We offer competitive pay rates, including:

  • Midweek: £19.38 (standard rate) and £26.26 (overtime rate after 8 hours)
  • Saturday: £24.67 (standard rate) and £26.26 (overtime rate after 8 hours)
  • Sunday: £27.38
  • Bank Holiday: £36.15
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid Class 1/C+E Licence
  • No more than 6 points (no DD/DR/TT or IN endorsements)
  • Valid Tacho and CPC cards
  • Minimum 12 months of ongoing work experience
  • No more than 12 current points for infringements on card
