About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cleaning Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness required in our Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain classrooms, corridors, toilets, offices, and other communal areas
  • Ensure the health and safety standards are maintained
  • Contribute to creating a clean and inviting environment for staff, students, and visitors
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a desire to help us maintain the standards of our academy. Previous experience and qualifications in the cleaning sector would be an advantage, but not essential. Knowledge of COSHH regulations would also be desirable.

We are an 11-16 academy based in West Yorkshire, part of the Outwood Family since 2018. We work hard to ensure we reduce workload on staff, allowing more time in the classroom to put our vision of students first, raising standards and transforming lives into practice.
