Job Description

Accelerate Personnel Ltd is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client a Class 1 Driver for day work in the Suffolk area.

This role involves delivering chilled food products to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be required to conduct vehicle checks prior to departure and follow the planned route, checking with the office upon return if there are any collections on the route back to site.

As a Class 1 driver for this role, you will be expected to provide a safe, reliable, and effective delivery and collection service on behalf of our client and their customers, working in a professional manner at all times.

We work closely with our drivers to offer flexibility and accommodate hours and shifts to suit your needs.

Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence with a valid Category C+E licence
  • Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Card
  • Valid digital tachograph Card
What We Offer
  • £14.00 per hour
  • 10 hours minimum guaranteed pay per day
  • 20 days plus bank holiday paid
