CDM Advisor Role

A prestigious, medium-sized consultancy with a positive office culture is seeking a CDM Advisor to join their established CDM department.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on unique projects and collaborate with a team of experts in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Principal Designer in managing design safety risks for a portfolio of projects.
  • Collaborate with a team of CDM Advisors, Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (required)
  • Technical IOSH qualification (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in CDM/Health and Safety roles
