Professional Services Project Manager for Zoom Rooms Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AV Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions for Zoom Rooms, working closely with AV Project Managers, Design and Implementation Consultants, and AV Installers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation plans for Professional Services solutions for Zoom Rooms
  • Coordinate with AV Project Managers, Design and Implementation Consultants, and AV Installers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with AV/ProAV deployment for Video, Web, and Audio Conferencing
  • Experience working in a Professional Services organization as a Project Manager
  • Experience and knowledge of software, hardware, DSP, and controls in conference rooms
  • Experience with Cisco, Polycom, or similar video infrastructure
  • Ability to interface with multiple customers on a daily basis and manage multiple technical projects and teams simultaneously
