Commercial Data Analyst

Are you a data-driven professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to join our team at Salt, a pioneering force in the banking industry.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a data analyst role, who can analyze and interpret Sales & Marketing data. You'll be responsible for maintaining our CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot) and creating reporting & dashboards using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions
  • Communicate data insights to all levels within the organization, promoting good data practices
  • Design and implement automations in Salesforce to increase efficiency and encourage data population
  • Support the system clean-up project, including data cleaning and process improvement between Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a data analyst role
  • Ability to analyze and interpret Sales & Marketing data
  • Experience maintaining Salesforce system
  • Experience with BI Tools
