Job Title: Pharmacist

We are seeking a talented and experienced pharmacist to join our team in the Woking branch. As a dedicated and patient-focused professional, you will play a crucial role in optimizing patient care and ensuring the safe and effective management of medications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide medication counseling and support to patients, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and ensure seamless communication.
  • Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
  • Provide immunization services (where applicable) and offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
  • Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.
