Warehouse Team Leader

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for supply chain management? We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and ensure that stock loaded into trailers matches drivers' paperwork.
  • Conduct daily audits to verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries and identify any discrepancies.
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily targets and ensure that KPIs are met.
  • Perform weekly supervision with team members to provide feedback and coaching.
  • Monitor audit data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Biggleswade. The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days out of 7, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day. The rate of pay is £23,887 per annum, and the working environment is chilled.
