Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled AV Systems Engineer to become part of a leading global organization.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:

  • Executing first and second fix installations of audio-visual equipment predominantly in corporate environments.
  • Configuring and commissioning AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participating in extensive projects across various client locations.
  • Conducting installations from initial setup through to final commissioning.
  • Configuring audio systems to meet client specifications.
  • Utilizing programming knowledge of Crestron or AMX systems.
  • Performing testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems.
  • Providing field service engineering support as needed.
  • Traveling to client sites, including potential international assignments.
  • Offering remote assistance via phone when required.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in AV installations within corporate settings.
  • The ability to interpret and understand AV schematics along with mechanical and electrical diagrams.
  • Certification in installing and configuring systems from leading manufacturers, preferably Crestron, QSC, Poly, Barco, Condeco, and Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with video conferencing technologies, particularly Cisco Webex.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for AV systems.
  • A flexible approach to working hours and days.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A commitment to service excellence, with extensive knowledge of current audio-visual technologies.
  • A collaborative mindset, adaptable to various challenges.
  • A clean UK driving license and the ability to undergo DBS checks.
