We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Female Support Assistant to join our team at People Plus Independent Living Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to a lady in Crewe, CW2.

Job Summary:

  • Provide personal care and support to a lady with a brain injury, including supervision during daily tasks and activities.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Support the lady with independence and daily living tasks.
  • Encourage and support the lady with activities such as baking and art.
  • Work collaboratively with the lady to identify and achieve her goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or similar conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of discretion.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
