Job Details

An exciting opportunity for candidates with a background working in hands-on roles. This role is based in Tewkesbury but will require the flexibility to work away from home fairly frequently.

Key Highlights:

  • Competitive hourly rate up to £12-15/hour
  • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Overtime paid at time and a half
  • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday with occasional variations
  • Site based in Tewkesbury, with frequent travel across the UK
  • CSCS card required for this position
Responsibilities

As a skilled Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking fitting and installation work to meet deadlines
  • Liaising with production and design staff to ensure job requirements are met
  • Loading products onto vehicles, ensuring all parts are accounted for and protected during transit
  • Driving to and from locations across the UK
  • Performing ad-hoc handy work to a high standard
  • Reporting back to the Operations Manager on job progress, including photographic evidence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A UK driving licence and confidence in driving work vans
  • A background in hands-on roles, ideally DIY work
  • Flexibility to work away from home on a regular basis
  • Reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness, as you will be representing the company at all times
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
