Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team at The Solution Automotive Limited in Southampton.
About the Role:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to ensure they are safe and roadworthy.
- Diagnose and repair complex faults using manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualified and experienced Motor Vehicle Technician with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Basic salary of £35,500, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.15am - 5.15pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm.
- Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm (rotating shift).
