- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and timely completion of assignments.
- Supervise audit teams, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Conduct thorough reviews of audit work and ensure adherence to internal and external quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and enhance service offerings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to maintain a high level of technical knowledge.
Personal and Professional Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within audit.
- Strong background in managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience in conducting audits for SMEs is advantageous.
- Business development skills are a plus.
