Job Title: Roofer

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team at Zeal Recruitment, working on a permanent basis for a well-known maintenance contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance on commercial properties throughout the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out minor works on flat and pitched roofs
  • Roofing repairs and maintenance
  • Reactive and planned maintenance
  • Travelling between sites on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • Experience in roofing repairs and maintenance
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • PASMA & MEWP/IPAF licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Working at height (desirable)
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role
  • NVQ level 2 minimum in your primary trade
  • IT literate
  • High standard of working
  • Good communicator
