Service Engineering Supervisor Opportunity

Cherry Professional is seeking an experienced Service Engineering Supervisor to lead a diverse team of engineers and ensure the seamless delivery of all engineering services within KPI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Field Line Manager to develop and implement strategies that promote continuous improvement and enhance team efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members, helping them develop their technical skills and fostering a culture of ongoing learning and development.
  • Assist in the induction of new team members, ensuring they are fully prepared with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Participate in engineering tasks, providing practical, on-the-ground support and troubleshooting complex systems, products, and issues.
  • Offer technical assistance to team members, helping them resolve challenges swiftly and efficiently.
  • Conduct health and safety audits within the engineering team, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure that all engineering tasks are completed to the highest standards, meeting both customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between field operations and the office, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
  • Facilitate feedback from the field to management, helping to refine processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field electrical and supervisory/management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
