Senior Associate Employment Solicitor Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a reputable regional law firm, Brandon James, seeking an experienced Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to support the Employment Team based in South Buckinghamshire.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a successful and modern, progressive firm, handling a range of matters including advising fast-paced and demanding medium to large corporate clients. Working closely with the Head of Department, the Senior Associate Employment Solicitor will handle their case load and have exposure to partners from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising junior fee earners
  • Technical expertise and knowledge
  • Performing fee-earning work to target
  • Developing new clients for themselves and others
Requirements
  • 10+ years PQE
  • Experience of medium to large corporate clients
  • Counselling and non-contentious experience essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Team management
  • Strong technical skills
