Job Summary:
This role is part of the Organisational Development and Professional Learning (OD&PL) team at the University of Leeds, contributing to the continued success of the institution by providing a range of courses, events, resources, and advice to support the learning and development of staff and postgraduate researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and responding to high volumes of enquiries, bookings, and preparation of resources for the administration team.
- Supporting organisational development by working closely with colleagues throughout the University to facilitate continuous improvement and organisational change.
- Contributing to the development of courses, events, and resources that meet the needs of staff and postgraduate researchers.
