Job Title: Senior Planner

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team on a major infrastructure project in the West Midlands.

About the Project:

The project involves earthworks, infrastructure, roads, drainage, and structures. We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic record and a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant subject matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a works programme
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively
  • Identify and assess risks
  • Lead and manage project teams
  • Develop and implement project plans

Requirements:

  • Educated to at least HNC/HND level in a relevant construction related subject matter
  • Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject or Primavera
  • Demonstrable experience in leadership and resource allocation
  • Experience in risk identification and assessment
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining a works programme
