About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our Adult Learning Disability Team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide high-quality support and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients with learning disabilities to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of support plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £35.00 (DOE)
  • A 6-month contract with the option to renew
  • A varied and diverse caseload that will challenge and develop your skills

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience working in Adult Services, preferably in a Learning Disability Team
  • Car driver (desirable)
  • Social Work England registration
