IFA Administrator

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our client, ensuring the smooth operation of their business.
Key Responsibilities:- Concert Database Management: Daily use of the Concert database to manage client information and progress logging.
- Platform Management: Daily use of the platform for client financials, including ISA's, investment, and retirement accounts.
- Liaising with Providers and Team Members: Regular communication with providers and team members regarding the platform and client information.
- Responding to Enquiries: Responding to regular enquiries and requests for information from the Concert database and the platform.
- Compliance and Regulatory Standards: Ensuring all soft and hard copy information held by the client meets compliance and regulatory standards under Openwork and the FCA stipulations.
- Client Communication: Calling clients, providers, and other parties to progress client casework.
- Plan Information: Gathering and processing plan information from providers.
- Meeting Packs: Preparing thorough and accurate meeting packs for new clients and client reviews.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the team, including answering calls, responding to inbound enquiries, and scanning client files.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
