About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female Membercare Assistant to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club in Folkestone. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role and be able to work under pressure at busy times of the day. You will be expected to positively interact with colleagues and members, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across our facilities, including open plan changing rooms, toilets, and shower areas
  • Work with cleaning equipment and chemicals, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, such as mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and hoovering
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member queries and concerns
