Your responsibilities will include; Leading the successful execution of ecological transformation initiatives within our Energy Projects Construction Team, ensuring that project goals are met or surpassed, particularly in areas such as health, safety, quality, scope, budget, timeline, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Collaborating with and coordinating our specialized internal teams while managing external supply chain partners to fulfill their obligations effectively.

Ensuring that all site construction and commissioning activities adhere to relevant regulations, permits, and internal procedures.

Promoting best practices in project management methodologies and ensuring comprehensive adherence to project management protocols.

Providing thorough oversight of projects, including assessments of project timelines, risks, costs, margins, and other due diligence aspects.

Ensuring consistent reporting for all projects, covering time, cash flow, budget, and risks.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience and skills in project management.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with high-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with various decarbonization solutions and technologies.
- Effective communication skills across all levels, with the ability to deliver comprehensive update reports.
- High levels of creativity and innovation to support Veolia's market growth.
- Capability to meet diverse project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites.
