CV Library is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our client's team on an 18-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple projects, including schools, hospitals, and retail, and will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of these projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and undertake all Mechanical works, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage and supervise mechanical sub-contractors, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines.
- Assess the quality of work delivered by the client's Labour and sub-contractors, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the quality manager to ensure all QA sign-offs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Attend daily meetings with management and other trades, ensuring open communication and effective project management.
- Monitor productivity and work closely with the project team to ensure the project is completed on time.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- Previous experience in industrial and commercial building services.
- Mechanical trade or Engineering qualification.
- At least 10 years' experience working for Mechanical Contractors.
- Experience in commercial and residential projects.
