About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at CMS UK. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm's debtors, maintaining good client relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a Practice Group in the management of the Firm's debtors
  • Maintain good client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality services
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
  • Enforce CMS credit policies, including query resolution and treatment of bad/doubtful debt
  • Perform daily debt reviews using ARCS calendar to chase outstanding debt
  • Liaise with external and internal clients to progress payment of invoices
  • Handle client queries and escalate to the Practice Group or Partner as required
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Credit Controller who is proficient in MS Excel and Word, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong understanding of credit control processes and a keen eye for detail.
