About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Rowan Park Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and dignity are respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Create a warm and engaging atmosphere, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure effective care delivery and a positive resident experience.
Requirements
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant or in a related field.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to resident-centered care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.50.
  • Part-time or full-time contracts available.
