About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEMH school in Shifnal. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and academic progress of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group support to students with SEMH needs
  • Assist in implementing tailored strategies to manage behavior and promote positive engagement
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional development
Requirements
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs
