About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacy Manager at Prospect Health. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our independent community pharmacy in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks, including managing staff, overseeing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Medication Guidance: You will provide guidance to patients on medications available in pharmacies based on their symptoms, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Leadership and Management: You will lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve excellent results, ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Procurement and Distribution: You will supervise the procurement and distribution of medicines, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
