Spray Painter Job Description

Wrightbus is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in Galgorm Industrial Estate. As a key member of our Production/Finishing department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on our buses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply basecoat and direct gloss colours to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish.
  • Perform touch-up repairs and small paint repairs to meet customer specifications.
  • Assist in paint preparation, including marking up vehicles prior to painting.
  • Operate plant, equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Comply with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and retraining to maintain skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal accountability.
