Commercial Analyst Job Description

At dnata Travel Group B2B, we're seeking a skilled Commercial Analyst to support our B2B brands in delivering business targets, maximising revenue, and maintaining our position as the UK's leading B2B-only tour operator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business performance, competitor, and marketing analysis to inform commercial decisions
  • Support the creation of pricing policies and identify revenue and margin opportunities
  • Monitor daily trading data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and manage the Curated Offers dashboard, analysing gaps and opportunities
  • Conduct competitor analysis, trading analysis, and destination opportunity analysis
  • Collaborate with the Trading team to provide information and attend regular review and planning meetings
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in Travel, Leisure, or Tour Operations
  • Sound commercial awareness and business acumen, with a good understanding of the travel industry
  • Familiarity with B2B products, net airfares, and contracts
  • Competent in the use of MS Office packages, GDS, and reservation platforms
