We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Valuer/Lister to join our dynamic residential sales team in Rutherglen, Glasgow, working for Countrywide Scotland, one of Scotland's favourite estate and letting agents.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements

  • Estate agency experience
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
