About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and cost-effective assessment intervention and therapeutic service to young people and their families. You will need to develop a practice that takes a holistic view of the individual, locating them in both their immediate and extended social circles, and having full regard to their education, social, recreational, and health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality social work services to children and families in Southend
- Develop a practice that takes a holistic view of the individual
- Ensure that all case management complies with statutory requirements and the council's policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children and families
