Multi Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical bias) to join our PFI contracts team. As a key member of our hard services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment across our sites in North Essex.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, including call-outs and variations, across our PFI contract.
- Perform all M&E, water hygiene, and fabric maintenance across both sites.
- Ensure all M&E plant equipment data is up to date and accurate.
- Act as the LV Authorized Person for the contract under the HTM06-02.
- Relevant industry qualifications, including fault finding and planned maintenance experience, within electrical, mechanical, and fabric.
- Experience in first-line response to all electrical and mechanical equipment, including lighting, emergency lighting, sockets, minor works, AHUs, air conditioning, boilers, pumps, pressurization units, generators, fire alarm, security, and access control systems.
- Hold a full driving license.
