About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Psychologist to join our clinical team, supporting a specialist service based in Croydon. The service operates within a 27-bed residential facility that cares for individuals with forensic mental health needs, complex conditions, and dual diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and design tailored intervention plans
  • Provide evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions, focusing on the rehabilitation and reintegration of residents with complex mental health and forensic backgrounds
  • Offer specialist psychological supervision and guidance to staff to ensure high-quality, therapeutic support
  • Collaborate with mental health professionals, including those with forensic expertise, to drive clinical improvements and contribute to the strategic direction of our forensic mental health services
